Q: What does JM Display actually do?

A: We design, manufacture, and install signage, graphics, and display solutions — from retail shopfronts and wall/window vinyls to exhibition stands, construction hoardings, acrylic fabrication, school graphics, and vehicle livery. We can manage fully bespoke solutions.

Q: Where do you work?

A: We’re based in Hertfordshire and work across London and the UK. Site surveys and installs are scheduled to suit your location and timeline.

Q: Do you handle design as well as print?

A: Yes. In-house design team, artwork checks, colour management, and production-ready files. Bring an idea or a full brand pack — we’ll make it real.

Q: Minimum order?

A: No strict minimums. From one door sign to a multi-site rollout, we’ll size the process and pricing to fit.

Q: Lead times?

A: Small vinyl/print jobs are often 2–3 working days. Fabrication, illuminated fascias or large stands: typically 5-8 days. Express options are available (within reason — we’re good, not magic).

Signage & Printing

Q: What types of signage do you produce?

A: Shopfront fascias (illuminated/non-illuminated), acrylic letters, tray signs, wayfinding, window and wall graphics, POS, banners, and more.

Q: Indoor vs outdoor — will it last?

A: Yes. We specify materials for the environment: UV-stable inks, weatherproof substrates, and protective laminates where needed.

Q: Can you colour-match our brand?

A: Absolutely. We work to Pantone/CMYK specs and proof critical colours before production.

Q: Do you install?

A: Yes — full service. We manage full instalation and logistics for any local or global event. We also fully breakdown and tidy up after ourselves.

Retail & Interiors

Q: Can you refresh a store fast (seasonal changeovers)?

A: Yep. We batch-produce graphics and install out of hours. Vinyl swaps, POS refresh, window campaigns — smooth and quick.

Q: Will vinyl damage walls or glass?

A: Properly specified vinyl doesn’t. We advise the right adhesive and surface prep, and we supply removal guidance.

Exhibitions & Events

Q: Do you build custom stands as well as pop-ups?

A: Both. Modular systems, custom builds, large-format graphics, and interactive elements. We also handle install/dismantle.

Q: Can you store and reuse our stand?

A: Yes — we can pack, store, and refurbish for your next show.

Construction

Q: What construction prints do you offer?

A: Hoarding panels, herras fencing, scaffold banners, site boards, safety signage, project branding, and render boards.

Schools

Q: What’s popular for schools?

A: Corridor murals, inspirational graphics, subject walls, wayfinding, safety signage, playground/floor graphics — all durable and cleanable.

Q: Can you install in holidays/evenings?

A: Yes — we plan around term time to minimise disruption.

Acrylic Fabrication

Q: What acrylic products do you make?

A: Acrylic signs, letters, plinths, menu holders, protective screens, and custom pieces. Laser cutting, routing, polishing, bonding — the works.

Q: Can acrylic be illuminated?

A: Definitely. We can integrate LEDs or combine with metals/prints for premium finishes.

Vehicle Livery

Q: Wrap, partial wrap, or cut vinyl — what’s best?

A: Full wraps = maximum impact. Partial wraps/decals = budget-friendly branding. We’ll recommend the sweet spot for your fleet.

Q: How long do wraps last?

A: Top of the range vinyl from industry leading brands and sensible washing, typically 5–7 years.

Artwork & Files

Q: What file formats do you accept?

A: Print-ready PDF preferred. We also accept AI, EPS and high-res TIFF, Vector logos where possible.

Q: Do you check artwork before print?

A: Yes. We verify sizing, bleed, resolution, and colour space. We’ll flag any risks before production.

Pricing & payment

Q: How do you price projects?

A: By materials, print area, fabrication time, installation complexity, and logistics. Send specs (or let us survey) for a fast quote.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: No, but new accounts are always pro-forma. Payment withing 7-14 days unless agreed otherwise.

Logistics & Install

Q: Do you survey sites first?

A: For anything fixed or complex, yes. Measurements, surface checks, access, H&S — it prevents surprises later.

Q: Do you remove and dispose of old signage?

A: We can de-brand, remove, and responsibly dispose/recycle where appropriate.

Q: Can you coordinate multi-site rollouts?

A: Absolutely — templated production, kitted shipments, and coordinated installs.
